Savannah Chrisley celebrated mental health with a rope workout
Savannah Chrisley champions good mental health and ensures that the physique goes with it. The reality TV star and founder of SASSY by Savannah Cosmetics was an open book ahead of the New Year, posting an intense workout on Instagram and reminding her followers of a medical study proving that exercise absolutely improves mental health.
The daughter of property mogul Todd Chrisley has shared an energetic gym session, one showing her rope workout in leggings and a sports bra, with the cardio/resistance mix also showing her working out carpet with a weighted ball.

The video, below, came with Savannah showing her strength, but the message went beyond the physical. The former South Beach Diet ambassador asked fans:
“How do you keep your sanity in check?” She added: “For me…I do therapy and I LOVE working out…especially when life gets tough. Thanks for coaching and pushing me @iamthelibster. Savannah, who also included mountain slider reps and slow arm work in her workout, continued:

Savannah has been through a lot in the last few years, not just her life-changing endometriosis surgery, her engagement and split with Nic Kerdiles and the successful launch of her business – her makeup brand dropped in time for the holidays in 2020. The star also openly talked about gaining 40 pounds after taking medication for endometriosis.
The video, which is now over 19,000 likes, came with fans telling Savannah to “Get itttt”, with one user telling the Southern Belle she was “crushing it”. A response also quickly came in from Chrisley’s trainer – he wrote: ‘I’m so proud of you Sav!! Mental and physical health coincide and you sharing this mission to inspire others is so motivating!!
