All-Round Fitness has been around for 9 years. It is company made up of professional qualified fitness instructors working in london and south East. Our personal trainers have the best qualifications, experience and customer service skills to ensure that you get the right results. We specialise in general fitness, weight management, body building, strength, Pilates, functional Pilates, self defence, rehabilitation, posture and back problems, corrective training, circuit training, diet and nutrition, body massage, sports massage, flexibility, stroke rehabilitation, stress and much more. We are here to help people who would like to start training, or need help progressing with their current training program or people who want to gain more skills, knowledge and control of their body and mind. Home visits are usually an hour, it is great if you have your own equipment, but even if you dont, our trainers always bring a varitey of the latest training equipment with them.

By having a personal trainer, you dont have to think about training or getting to the gym, or worrying if what you ar doing is right. All you have to do is be at the agreed place at the agreed time. Your trainer will do the rest for you, by writing your program and bringing the equipment to you. If you need dietry advice, equipment or supplements they will organise this for you too. Our programmes can also help you understand and deal with stress.
